This area of the State has a high percentage of senior citizens and Vietnam Vets.
Many of our senior citizens struggle with pulmonary problems.
Many people struggle with chronic pulmonary & respiratory issues.
The kiln is to be built in close proximity to thousands of acres of new homes & schools.

Slow gentle rolling hills cut and carved by myriads of creeks, streams and rivers.

Federal issues
The Indian Nations
Federal Navigable Water ways: The Red River and The Trinity Rivers are considered federally protected navigable water ways and a major source of drinking waters for millions of people and wild life.
Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge is home to many protected species and birds. The area is the winter nesting grounds for protected migratory birds.

National Security: The open pit blasting mine is to be less than five miles from Texas Instruments Silicon Chip Manufacturing Facility. An engineer for GlobiTech stated in a meeting (3/25/2024, TCEQ PUBLIC MEETING) that the blasting will end their ability to grow silicon wafer products.
