American Duty
Exposing corruption should be the duty of every American. Every honest veteran knows that we’re either going to defend this country or die trying.
American Corruption
It is Corruption that is destroying America! It is the pervasiveness of Corruption that allows Treason to become an acceptable form of routine financial reward.
House Cleaning
Pervasive Corruption permeates our daily lives. It’s birth is of Skullduggery and Greed. It lives in the darkness of Chaos. It thrives in the “Fog of War.” Government is it’s Home. What we need is a good House cleaning.
Chinese Saying
The Chinese have a saying: “You can say anything you want, You can do anything you want, To anybody you want, As long as you get what you want.” This belief seems to be the overriding philosophy of politicians in Congress & corporate executives.
Award Night
Jane Fonda received an award on TV the other night. She gave a speech. A family member watching the speech enthusiastically clapped for Jane Fonda and her speech. For many older veterans Jane Fonda will always be known as “Hanoi Jane” on the AA gun while our pilots, servicemen, our American brothers, were tortured in the “Hanoi Hilton.”
We the People
Members of Congress are there to represent us– we the people of America. Any member of Congress who knowingly accepts money or benefit from foreign countries that harms America is in violation of treason laws. Any Congressmen that knowingly took bribes should be investigated? Any Congressmen and their friends distorting the laws to remain in office should be investigated? Congress answers to the American People!
Fish in a Barrel
Who in North Texas has not gotten a ticket driving through these little towns? An officer I met was fond of saying: “It’s like shooting fish in a barrel.”
I was driving 30 mph in a 50 mph zone through Gunter, TX, several years ago. The officer was sound asleep as I drove past him. The sound of my diesel truck (a 7.3 PowerStroke Diesel straight piped from the factory) must have woken him up. About a mile and a half up the road he pulled me over. Every time that officer opened his mouth my speed went up.

On a lighter side, did you explore the information on the Wise County Sheriff? It only took a few seconds to find the story:
UPI (archives) June 24, 1990: “Sheriff, bondsman implicated in drug operations.”
(The second paragraph down:)
“Wise County Sheriff Leroy Burch and his close associate, bondsman David Box, already were under investigation by state and federal grand juries in connection with an alleged bond scheme that resulted in hundreds of questionable arrests on sex charges at a roadside park, The Dallas Morning News reported in a copyright story.”
In 1990 it was a big story. The corruption has taken different forms. As an example, many of these small North Texas towns used traffic tickets as an excuse to look for drug mule operations. Reportedly the city of Gunter had about five hundred residents and collected millions of dollars in traffic fines. Little towns all over Texas were doing the same thing. What happened to all the money? The new scam is that local police departments are arresting people. Guilty or not, they charge them with a crime. They establish a high bail. The bail is so high that people are not able to pay it. The scam works in that people can either pay a bail forfeiture, sign a plea agreement or sit in jail for years without ever seeing a judge.

The Worst Day of My Life

My son on August 30, 2022, was thrown in jail. A high bail of $200,000 was set. He was in jail for nearly a year and a half. He was in solitary confinement. By the rules we were only allowed thirty minutes per week to talk to our son. He had not been convicted of a crime. Our son disappeared for about two months. We could not find him. We heard horrible rumors of what may have happened to him. Since my son had been charged with a crime, but not convicted of a crime, no state or federal agency was willing to help us. We felt as if we had exhausted all reasonable means to help our son.
On December 8, 2023, I went to Austin and filed my paperwork to run for Congress of the United States, Texas 4th District. On December 18, 2023, my son magically reappeared into the Grayson County Jail. On Thursday, January 18, 2024, I attended the Republican political rally at the Cowboy Church on Highway 691 in Denison, Texas. On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, they went to court.
To recap- My son sat in jail for nearly a year and a half with no movement in his case. He disappeared for about two months. I filed to run for Congress on 12-08-2023. He magically reappeared about a week and a half later. I gave a small speech of introduction at a political rally and my son was in court three business days later. It happened that fast. (My son may have made mistakes. If he did, then this matter is between him and God. My job is to support my son while I seek out the truth.) Was my son railroaded by an unscrupulous political and judicial system? I believe he was. What I observed was his court appointed attorney making what appeared to be intentional signs of obvious disgust for my son and called him a creep to the jury. If I had the money to hire a top-quality attorney, I am sure the outcome would have been different. Was my son railroaded or did he get what he deserves? I don’t know. What happened to my son is indicative of a flawed judicial and corrupt political systems in this country. This flawed system is happening to people all over this country. It needs to be fixed.
This is only one of several issues on why I am running for Congress. Bad things are happening to good people all over this country. There are people all over this country going through this same nightmare.

(PS- Tonight, 1-30-2024, I attended another Republican rally for the “Texoma Patriots” at the Grayson County, Texas, Courthouse. Several of the various candidates gave speeches. I gave the last speech of the night. After the speech several people came up and shook my hand and introduced themselves. One of the persons was the then current Grayson County District Attorney, Brett Smith. I asked him to walk to the side where we could talk. My wife and I told him that Kenneth was our son. He looked horrified. He said that he did not recognize me from the court room. He was visibly shaken. He kept apologizing saying that he did not know that Kenneth was our son. The D.A. was literally shaking. This is not normal behavior from a grown professional person. Most attorneys are self assured and possibly a bit arrogant, especially DAs. I just figured it was a job requirement. I’ve never known anybody innocent to get that nervous, shaken and scared over a simple meeting at a rally. I believe my son was probably railroaded by a crooked D.A. who was friends with the complainant and the detectives. The detectives are friends with the complainant. It’s in the court record. Somebody should take a look at the DA’s office for misconduct. (Every time the DA, Brett Smith, apologized I told him to just do his job. His job is to perform his duties in a fair and honest manner.)

Crooked government officials are doing bad things to good people all over this country.
(on March 28, 2025, Sholdon Daniels, Kenneth’s court appointed defense attorney from south Dallas, went onto Joe Pags show announcing his run for Congress against Jasmine Crockett. On March 28, 2025 KXII ran a story about my son. Coincidence? Sholdon Daniels treated me, my wife and our son with complete contempt. The only way we found out that they were in court was when my wife went to visit our son in jail. At that time a deputy told my wife that our son was in court. She called me and I arrived during Sholdon’s closing remarks. I got the experience of hearing Sholdon Daniels telling the jury that my son, his client, was a creep.)
Why did they bring a court appointed attorney from South Dallas to Sherman, TX? That is a distance of about three counties and a hundred miles? Is this a common practice? (Supposedly Grayson County has 3 courts that only serve Grayson County. The courts serve no other county. Does any of this make a difference?)

I believe you made a good suggestion.
On the front page: The initial cartoon as the header is what I remember America looked like in the 1950’s and 1960’s. The color picture is a local pasture. The basic color scheme, silver-gold braid-dark blue background, is basic military class “A” uniform motif. This campaign has taken a lot of good- hard- honest work.
This country needs me in this Congressional Office. I hate corruption. I have head butted up against it too many times. I will legitimately do everything I can to get into this office. I will do it without spending much of my own money and without “Owing- Favors.” Honest donations will always be appreciated. I will fight by working hard, honest and giving it the best shot I have to give.
I am not a politician. I’m just an old fat guy trying to fix a major problem in this country. China is destroying this country. The politicians are rolling in China’s money like a “PIG ROLLS IN A HOG WALLOW.”
Go look at the judge in Rains County who supposedly threatened to have a defendant killed in jail if he did not sign a plea agreement. Go investigate the circumstances with the sheriff in Kentucky who shot the judge. Look around you. See what is going on in this country. Corruption is more than just Congress. Corruption is like a foul smelling fungus throughout this whole country. I’m angry- I’m mad- and I’m Fighting!

I’m In To Win
I’ve been told that GOP leaders in our district are spreading rumors that I am not running for the office. They say that I accidentally filed for the wrong race. How do you accidentally drive to Austin to file an application? How do you accidentally meet with J. Hall, pay the filing fee and apply to run for office? These rumors are how some “Career Politicians” operate.
I told Dan Bongino and Allen West back in February of 2021 that I was considering on running for U.S. Congress. I have tried to run a clean campaign. I have refused to say negative things about Pat Fallon. I don’t look for trouble, but I don’t run from a fight. It is my intent to help clean up Washington D.C. We need good, honest people in our governmental offices. Our government is only as good as the people who hold office. We don’t need career country club professional politicians getting rich in office. We need patriots in Congress. We need American loving patriots in all levels of our government.

If I were going to be negative, then this is what I might say.
There are about seven hundred and fifty thousand (750,000) people per Congressional District. Our district has eight hundred seventeen thousand eight hundred and thirteen (817,813) people in our district. Does anybody believe that there is not a dozen or more people in our district who are good conservative America loving patriots to run for Congress? Anybody who supported Kevin McCarthy cannot be a serious true conservative. I do not believe that Pat Fallon is a true MAGA Conservative. At the very best he might be called a Simulated MAGA (SMAGA ). In reality he is just another “Bush RINO” taking orders from his corporate handlers.
This is a rural district with rural issues. At least it was until somebody re-drew the lines incorporating parts of the Dallas North Tollway, Frisco and West Plano into the district. Why would they do that to our District? Well, if they lived in that part of the Metroplex and they wanted to be in Congress and continue to live in their old neighborhood, then they would re-draw the lines. “If Muhammad won’t go to the mountain, then the mountain must go to Muhammad.” This same policy apparently holds true for Congressional Districts. If a representative does not want to move and still claim to live in the district, then the district must move to him. If a representative truly cared about the people of his district, wouldn’t he want to live in the same area as the people he represents?
There are a few good reasons why he would want to live down in the Metroplex. Face it. The average income in that area is much higher than it is in our rural area. There is a greater opportunity to raise donations at a country club in West Plano than there is in our area. Drinks in a club house are more profitable than a beer in a pasture. There are more Country Clubs around his house in Frisco than there are in Honey Grove. We have open Country. Our clubs generally start with 4H and FFA.
Yet, there is another reason for not running in the district where his house lies originally. If he ran in Collin County, he probably would have been forced to run against Colin Allred. There is no way he could beat Colin Allred in Collin County. He did not have to run against Colin Allred. There was another choice. He could pick a district that he could win in. Our district was easy picking for him. He could take his country club money and pats on the back at the social clubs and run up here. So, what is at issue? He wanted to be a U.S. Congressman. I don’t believe he cared about how or where, just as long as he got into the office.
He got into the office. He did not have to run against Colin Allred. He still gets to live near the country clubs to collect money and his friends still get to rub shoulders with a congressman. So, it is about power, money, and prestige. And he still did not have to move his house to live in our district. We don’t need “Country Club” Pat Fallon as our Congressman. (A “yes man” to the RINO “Political Machine” establishment?) We don’t need “The Lindsey Graham of Texas,” Pat Fallon as our Representative in Congress.
That is what I would say if I were going to be negative.
Over Zealous Prosecution
Many people are speaking out about their experiences of victimization of over zealous prosecutorial misconduct. It is important for all of us to hear their stories. Today my friend Josh told me his story when he was forced to take a plea agreement. The newly elected District Attorney for Grayson County Texas, J. Kermit Hill, ran on a platform to clean up the corruption in the Grayson County District Attorney’s Office. Will he do it? Only time will tell. We will hold him to his campaign promises.
In this country, we must have honest police officers, District Attorneys, judges and political representatives. When our judicial system is corrupted, we all lose. It is important for the attorneys of victims of prosecutorial misconduct to share their clients stories. In Kenneth’s story, he refused the plea agreement or to pay the bail forfeiture. He sat in solitary confinement for almost a year and a half before going before the judge. In Kenneth’s case, his court appointed attorney supposedly was working closely with the District Attorney’s office for the conviction of his client. This is what we want to expose is the corruption all the way from the street cop, to the DA, to the corrupt defense attorneys and the judges that allow them to do it.
Protecting Our 6th Amendment Rights
Good, honest, hardworking officers go to work every day. They are trained to work the judicial system. The Attorneys and Judges use Plea Agreements to streamline the judicial calendar. Public defenders coerce defendants to take plea agreements to speed up the process. The plea agreement is a guilty plea. It leaves a guilty verdict on a defendant’s permanent record. The defense attorneys get through cases faster. The prosecuting attorneys get another victory to their tally marks. The judge clears a case from his docket. The only person who loses is the defendant. If a defendant refuses to sign a plea agreement, the defendant can sit in jail until the plea agreement is signed or until the judge pronounces the sentence. The innocence or guilt of the defendant does not matter.

We Have Gun Rights to defend
The only way we can seriously defend against tens of millions of armed invaders is for America to have a strong well-armed civilian militia. How can we be well armed if we have no guns or ammo? How can we fight invaders if we have to live in constant fear of our own government if we try to buy guns and ammo?
You have a double barrel shot gun. Why do you need an AR-15? A farmer went out one day and saw several wild dogs eating his baby goats as they were being born. (It was my goats those dogs were eating) You don’t always have time to manually re-chamber a round to protect your livestock. When a threat comes you must deal with it quickly and accurately. It’s nobody’s business why we need a certain firearm.
We Have Free Speech Rights to defend
Oh, England and the European Union, You know what you can do with your hate speech legislation. You can leave it tucked away in your cranial infarction. This is America. We do and say what we want to do and say. We don’t need your permission to speak. We do not have to live under your rules of what is acceptable or unacceptable topics of speech. We say and do whatever we deem is acceptable, or unacceptable.
We Have a Border to defend
In the early nineteen seventies many illegal aliens came flooding across the border. The flood gates were opened by some federal program out of Washington D.C. There always seemed to be some sort of federal program allowing non-documented aliens to come across the border to work. If a person would tell their boss that they could not feed their family on minimum wage bosses generally replied, “if you don’t like your job there are a million people across the border who want your job.” This is one reason for the border invasions is to keep the wages down and the profits high.
