Why should you vote for me?
I am not a politician. I enlisted in the U.S. Navy, in the 1970’s. I worked my way through college. We raised our children on our farm in Grayson County. Now the Communist Chinese and the career politicians are destroying our land, our Constitutional Rights, our freedoms and our American way of life.

The professional career politicians take whatever they want from Americans and give it to their friends all over the world. They eminent domain property to build lakes. They invest in highly toxic flammable lithium battery storage facilities near our homes and schools. They install data centers which consume vital drinking water to cool their servers. They build toxic cement burn kilns and blasting pit mines right over the headwaters of our drinking water. They steal the land. They establish toxic enterprises. They foul our water. They start endless wars. Their friends in Communist China, Saudi Arabia and all around the world get richer. Both the Republican and the Democrat career politicians are playing the same game.
Why vote for me? I am not a politician. I am a man who has lived and worked side by side with you. We are all facing the same problems in this district. We need to stop the career politicians who are rewarding our enemies around the world at the expense of our hard work and dreams.
Every American should be angry at the political corruption in this country.
It is time to flood social media,

ABOUT
I am a U.S. Navy Veteran. After the military, I worked my way through college. My wife and I met in college. We raised our five children on our farm in Grayson County, Texas. We are at the age of retirement. We had no desire to take on any new projects. We looked forward to living out a nice quiet retirement. However, we can no longer ignore the reality of the world around us. I have Bachelor’s degrees from California Baptist College in Religion & Sociology. (I also have a background in social work, landscaping & welding.) My wife has her Master’s Degree in nursing. She has worked as a nurse since 1975, and as an ICU nurse since 1980.

Protect Our 1st Amendment Rights
In order to have an honest debate there has to be differing opinions. If differing opinions are labeled as “hate speech,” then there is no discussion. If someone has the power to label any statement as hate speech, then there is no limit to their ability to control all discussions. Declaring something as hate speech is meant to divide and control people. To give someone the power to criminally declare hate speech is to give them the power to regulate people’s speech, behavior, discussions and social interactions. The power to define hate speech along with the ability to control it’s criminality is the power to enslave people.

Protect Our Country
Wild birds flying over the grazing pasture. Farm Dogs enjoying walks with their farmers. This is life in the country. These are our homes. This is American life. This is why we go into the military to fight for our country. This is why we fight against Unscrupulous Corporations and Corrupt Politicians. This is why we work 60, 80 and a 100 hours a week to pay for our dreams. We worked forty years for our country life. We will fight to preserve our American Life. Unless we stop the Corrupted government- It’s a toxic burn kiln in our neighborhood today, and your house tomorrow.

Protect Our 2nd Amendment Rights
- Gun control is the fastest way to destroy America.
- It is treasonous to disarm the populace.
- It’s nobody’s business why we need a certain firearm.
- If we give up our 2A rights, then we have no other rights.
Protect Our 4th Amendment Rights
The government has no right to search our possessions.
They must obtain permission from us or the courts.
Protect Our 6th Amendment Rights
Every day good decent honest people go to work doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. They just want to do their jobs, go home and live their lives. The same holds true for most of the people in the law enforcement, the judicial system and social workers. Most people want to do their jobs and go home to their families. However, there are a few bad apples in every profession. I fully support the people in Law Enforcement. I have the highest esteem for those in Law Enforcement, the Judicial Systems and the Social Work fields.
I fully support our good officers in doing their difficult jobs. I fully support the officers in ICE and the Border Patrol. My cousin Chris worked for C/BP for thirty years before retiring. In 2015, Chris was the Director of Operations for all of C/BP. Both of my brothers and myself worked in the Social Work fields for many years. My brother Mike was Director of County Mental Health in El Centro, CA. He worked in the Social Work arena for over fifty years. My good friend Dean retired as a police sergeant from a major city in the Metroplex. (Dean never pulled his gun on anybody in his forty years on the police force. The same holds true for many officers. They just want to do their job and go home to their families.) My neighbor Dan is a retired fire fighter from the city of Richardson, Texas. I know how hard good officers work.
I have a problem with officers who use their badge to target “problematic” people. I have a problem with officers who forget that other people work hard and want to go home to their families. In the “Why Me” section I detailed some of these officers in the letter to my friend “Tina”.
Plea Agreements Destroys Our Due Process
Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.
People sitting in jail for years for their refusal to sign a plea agreement, or pay an outrageous bond forfeiture. Court appointed defense attorneys work with prosecutors to convict people with plea agreements. Defense attorneys throw cases. Judges knowingly allow travesty of justice in their courts. Our political and judicial systems need to be cleansed and sanitized.
In Kentucky, a sheriff killed a judge for running a sex prostitution ring. In Rains County, Texas, a Judge allegedly threatened to have a person killed if he would not sign a plea agreement. There are police departments who can make problems “go-away” by disposing of problematic people. People are left in jails for years waiting for trial. Since the person is charged but not convicted, there is no oversight agency looking into their cases. How prevalent are these cases in our country? There are politicians who use this system to stay in power. How many people have been Clintonized? They tried to do it to Trump. They did it to Stephen K. Bannon.
Our rights cannot be suspended by an over burdened court.
